        An excellent source! - maps of many political economic and geographic divisions during the century. 
      Newcastle Brown 1927
        Newcastle Brown Ale was first produced in 1927. In the same year - Babe Ruth hit his 60th homer of the season Mae West was jailed for her first play "Sex," Al Jolson starred in the world's first talkie movie, Al Capone was at the height of his powers, Charles Lindbergh flew across the Atlantic, Henry Ford shut down the Model T line

        This Seattle paper ran or runs a series of its own vintage articles. The stories and illustrations range through the century, but many fall within the 1920s. Excellent picture of Clara Bow.
